- 準備指甲：清潔、擦拭甲面、確保無油脂殘留（見完整前置作業）
- 選對尺寸貼片：對照下方 SIZING 段，選能完全覆蓋你甲床的尺寸
- 貼上貼片：對齊甲床、按壓邊緣讓貼片完全服貼
- 撕開薄膜：露出黏面
- 貼合片甲：從甲根壓至甲尖、同時輕推向甲根、施力壓 10 秒
【可選加強】穿戴前用吹風機低溫吹熱片甲背面 5 秒，能延長黏著時間。

Q：卸下後怎麼重複使用？
溫水泡（可加少量橄欖油或洗碗精）10-15 分鐘 → 用推棒輕輕從邊緣推開 → 洗手、擦護甲油 → 甲片清除黏膠、乾燥後收回原盒。清潔妥當可重複穿戴 10 次以上。
Q：尺寸選錯了？
太小可以換大一碼；太大用磨甲條微修。
